Baildon Buddies
Who can come to the social group? Any older person who may be feeling isolated or depressed or anyone who is becoming a little forgetful and their spouse/carer.
The activities during the social group session include crafts, quizzes, games, and reminiscence. We also occasionally invite speakers to the group to give talks and information on health and wellbeing. Refreshments are provided.

Memory Lane Reminiscence Group
2.00pm - THIRD TUESDAY OF THE MONTH
How do you fancy having a stroll down memory lane with us? We are interested in your memories of Baildon and this community, and each week we will be exploring a different aspect of bygone days: music, cinema, old photographs, food and cookery. Come and discuss your experience of life from the end of WW2 onwards. We also have guest speakers and classic film shows. We meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 2pm. The group is led by and old friend of St Hugh’s, Stewart Main, and our very own old film expert Paul Wooding. Sessions cost £2 which includes refreshments. Just turn up and we look forward to meeting you!

Alzheimer's Society Wellbeing Cafes
Wellbeing cafes provide entertainment and social activities for people living with dementia and their carers. The setting is both relaxed and informal and entertainment is provided. Carers are given an opportunity to discuss any concerns with a support worker from the Alzheimer's Society.

Pathways is a group for people living with young onset dementia (also known as working age dementia) in the Bradford district. The group is led by a team of dedicated, experienced volunteers and membership is free
